About Us

The Antioch Foundation is a charitable organization located in La Crosse, Wisconsin.  Started in 2000, the foundation supports the areas of faith, education, medicine, and humanitarian need.  The founders expressed their intentions by saying:

"Because of God's abundant blessings in our lives, especially the gift of a Savior, we cannot help but show our thankfulness to him by sharing those blessings with other people.  It is our desire that The Antioch Foundation makes a positive difference in the lives of the people for the greater glory of God."

The foundation gets its name from the ancient city of Antioch, located in Syria on the eastern shore of the Mediterranean Sea.  It was here, in the earliest center of Gentile Christianity, that the followers of Jesus were first called "Christians", and where St. Paul began his missionary journeys.

You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.
